SENIOR ASSOCIATE LAWYER

Sedat Tarlacı joined our law firm after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. He pursued his acadmic studies and graduated from Istanbul University’s Commercial Law Master Program. His thesis subject was "Simplified Merger According to Turkish Commercial Code."

During his studentship he took an active role in many student clubs, served as the vice president of the Law Careers Association, participated in the Future Arbitration Counsel Competition organized by ISTAC and interned in well-known law firms.

He worked as a legal counsel in many projects, especially in consultancy services offered to multinational companies, representation of banks and companies at all levels, resolution of insurance disputes, commercial lawsuits and bankruptcy processes.

He is also a participant of The Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey’s Automotive Assembly and a writer at TOKKDER’s Filo ve Rent a Car (Fleet and Rent a Car) publication.
