Muhip Seyda Isiktac is experienced in banking, finance law and M&As.

He worked for nine years as the legal director of Interbank where he was leading the legal team. As the legal counsel of Denizbank he was part of the team who incorporated the bank. Following his position as the executive vice president at Fortis Bank he established Isiktac Law Firm.

His extensive experience in banking, finance and corporate law includes advising on the incorporation and acquisition of renowned banks, restructuring, spin-offs and business transfers. He currently advises international banks based in Turkey daily on various matters including but not limited to loan agreements, letter of guarantees, assignment of receivables. He was also involved in significant litigation cases related to banks, financial and governmental institutions.
